Correction Policy
How to ask for a correction to information on TechRank.
Draft for review. This policy describes what the service actually does today, written in plain language by its operator. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Use it as the operator's statement of how the service works.
Fixing a company profile
If you work for the company, claim the profile and edit its tagline and description yourself, or send us the correction with the page address, what is wrong and where we can check it. If you are not connected to the company, use the same request form.
How to ask
Use the privacy request form and choose "Correct or remove information on a company profile", or write to the grievance officer below. Tell us the page address, what is wrong, and give evidence where you can.
What we do
We acknowledge a request within 2 working days, check the evidence, and either correct the page or tell you why we did not. We aim to finish within 15 days. Significant changes are recorded.
Scores
TechRank does not publish company scores yet. When it does, scores will follow from the evidence shown on a profile and will not be changed on request without new evidence.
