Content Removal Policy
How to report content you believe should be removed.
Draft for review. This policy describes what the service actually does today, written in plain language by its operator. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Use it as the operator's statement of how the service works.
What we remove
Unlawful content, material that infringes someone's rights, personal data about private individuals, fake or abusive reviews and responses, and information about a company that is wrong and cannot be supported.
How to report
Use the privacy request form (choose the company profile option, or "something else"), or write to the grievance officer below. Give the page address, say what should be removed and why, and, for a copyright or privacy complaint, the details we need to assess it.
What happens
We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to decide within 15 days. Where the content is clearly unlawful or exposes someone's personal data we act sooner. We tell you what we decided and why. A person whose review or content is removed is told the reason where we have their confirmed email address.
Repeat abuse
Repeated false or abusive reports, fake reviews or misleading claims can lead to suspension of the reporter's access or the profile.
